Entry Terms & Conditions
- Age limitations – entrants need to be 13 – 20 years old by the 01 September. No entrants younger or older than this will be accepted to compete in the pageant due to international competition rules and regulations.
- Late entries will hold a 10% penalty fee. The earlier you enter, the later down the list you walk. The later you enter, the earlier you walk.
- Contestants need to be a valid South African citizen or resident.
- Contestants need to be in procession of a valid identity document and passport that will allow them to travel to the international Pageants to be held in their respective international countries within the calendar year of 2024.
- By winning the Miss/ Mr Teen World South Africa title, the winners entrance fee, food & accommodation, and license fee to the international Miss/Mr Teen World will be paid by the respective event organizers. The winner’s travel ticket will be paid for, to go to Peru, South America. All other fees and monies will need to be paid for by the winner/parents/guardians.
- By winning Miss/Mr Teen International South Africa, a portion of the entrance fee, food & accommodation, and license fee to the international Miss Teen International will be paid by the respective event organizers. A portion of the winner’s travel ticket will be paid for, to go to Peru, South America. All other fees and monies will need to be paid for by the winner/parents/guardians.
- By winning Miss Teen Enviro South Africa, a portion of the entrance fee, food & accommodation, and license fee to the international Miss Teen Earth will be paid by the respective event organizers. A portion of the winner’s travel ticket will be paid for, to go to Peru, South America. All other fees and monies will need to be paid for by the winner/parents/guardians.
- By winning Miss Teen Intercontinental South Africa, a portion of the entrance fee, food & accommodation, and license fee to the international Miss Teen Intercontinental will be paid by the respective event organizers. All other fees and monies will need to be paid for by the winner/parents/guardians.
- By winning Miss Teen Supranational South Africa, the entrance fee, food & accommodation, and license fee to the international Miss Teen Supranational will be paid by the respective winner. All other fees and monies will need to be paid for by the winner/parents/guardians.
- Participants and their parents/guardians consent to free usage by the organizers of photographs, personal information supplied in entry form, video/television footage or likeness of participants, for promotional purposes of the project.
- WSAP shall be entitled to at any time request original documents to verify any information supplied on the entry form.
- Participants/parents/guardians indemnify WSAP, The sponsors & organizers for any cost or damages whatsoever that might result from their participation in the event/program.
- Participants undertake not to engage in any activity that may compromise the reputation of the competition either locally or internationally, organizers or sponsors. WSAP reserves the right to disqualify any participant should his/her participation, in the exclusive discretion of the organizers, contravene this stipulation.
- The judge’s decision is final and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
- All finalists will be required to raise R3500 sponsorship to complete as a finalist on the finale stage . As there is a charity component to the international events and proof needs to be sent to them that all contestants comply to the sponsorship component. A percentage of monies raised in the sponsorship will be handed over to the official charity within 3 months after the finale event.
- No refunds whatsoever.
SMS Voting Terms and Conditions
- Start date of Competition 20 July 2023. End date of Competition 20 July 2024
- A winner will be selected on the evening of the 20th July by a judging panel in accordance to the required output of the event.
- The winner will be announced on stage at the event and will be presented their prize at the same time.

- How the short code works is as follows – SMS the code WSAP (Your short code) to 47439.
- SMS cost R3.00 per SMS. 1 SMS = 1 Vote
- Network fees may apply
- LogicSMS is a member of WASPA and is bound by the WASPA Code of Conduct. Customers have the right to approach WASPA to lodge a complaint in accordance with the WASPA complaints procedure. LogicSMS may be required to share information relating to a service or a customer with WASPA for the purpose of resolving a complaint. WASPA web site: www.waspa.org.za.
- LogicSMS has the right to suspend or terminate the services of any customer who does not comply with these terms and conditions or any other related contractual obligations.
- LogicSMS has the right to take down any content (hosted as part of the service) that it considers illegal or for which it has received a take-down notice.
- Handset compatibility requirements (in the case of a Voting/Donation/Competition line requirement would be access to an SMS Application & free SMS dont apply)
- The voting services offered by WSAP will not be used:
- to intentionally engage in illegal conduct
- to knowingly create, store or disseminate any illegal content
- to knowingly infringe copyright
- to knowingly infringe any intellectual property rights, or
- to send spam or promote the sending of spam
- The services of the voting line may only be used with the permission of the bill payer of the number used to sms the voting line or with the consent of a legal parent or guardian.
