The winner of Miss International South Africa wins an opportunity to represent South Africa in the international \nPageant Miss International held in Japan.\nMiss International is an International Beauty competition that brings together representatives of different cultures and traditions from all over the world. The pageant was created in Long Beach, California, United States in 1960 and hosted in Long Beach until 1967. This prestigious pageant then moved to Japan from 1968 and has been held here since.\nThe pageant advocacy is to achieve a world where women can live with positivity, inner strength and individuality. The slogan of Miss International is “the realization of world peace through mutual understanding”. It has also recently adapted the slogan “Cheer All Women”\nThe winner of this prestigious title wins an opportunity to compete on the international stage and a chance to win her share in R350 000 from the international organisation!\n \n\n\n\n\n\n1\nStep 1\nBecome a quarter finalist for free by completing the registration form\n\n\n2\nStep 2\nBecome a semifinalist by either paying your R750 registration fee up front or by raising 600  SMS votes.\n\n\n3\nStep 3\nBecome a finalist by either paying your R3250 sponsorship up front or raising 2600 SMS votes.\n\n\n4\nStep 4\nGet ready for the pageant of a lifetime!\n\n\n\n\n\nPageant Dates\n\nClosing date for 2026 – TBA\nPageant date for 2026 – TBA\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLocation\nMiss International South Africa will be held at The WITS Theatre, Johannesburg.
